Take One Short Film Competition:
The Ragam Festival is one of the topmost cultural festival in our country and one of the biggest crowd pulling events that is occurring in South-India. Take One Short Film Competition conducted as a part of Ragam is South India's largest in its kind, in terms of number of entries and prizes offered.

At Ragam 2017 scheduled to be conducted on March 24 to 26, we intend to take Take One to a higher lever by organizing film related workshops, exhibitions, with prominent persons in the field and screening of selected films featured in International Film Festivals.

Previous TakeOne festivals featured Boby Sanjay, Rajesh Pillai, Anjali Menon, Arun Kumar Aravind,Anil Radhakrishna Menon,Madhupal,Prathap Pothan &Jayaraj as guests and judges. Send in your entries and be a part of this megaevent .

Rules and Regulations:
1.TakeOne is an open-event. Entries are invited from all.
2.The entries have to be original. Content copied from any external source shall lead to direct disqualification. Albeit music or bgm can be taken from other sources provided they are accredited properly.
3. The entry must be the one which was made within 18 months of the final submission date.
4. There is no subject/theme for the competition in particular.
5. The Film cannot exceed a total of 30 minutes running time, not including the title card and credits.
6. Entries may be in any language, but suitable on-screen English subtitles must be furnished for languages other than Malayalam.
7. Only select entries screened by the jury will be displayed during the festival and the screening will be solely on the discretion of the jury.
8. Physical presence of the Applicant is not mandatory during festival.
9. All Films must be submitted to us in a single DVD (DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-R DL, DVD+R DL), encoded in industry-standard video formats viz. AVI, VOB, MP4, MKV, WMV, MOV or MPEG. Entries that are of unrecognized video formats shall not be considered.
