Remuneration : (BCI-Field Facilitator) Maximum Rs. 10000/- per Month

Educational Qualification :
Diploma( Agriculture ) or Equivalent Diploma from any recognize Agricultural University
or
Any Graduate

Experience :
At least 2 years experience in Agriculture Extension & Management of Farmer Group especially with cotton grower farmers.

Note :
Candidates having relevant Experience with good academic record & innovative ideas will be preferred. Computer literacy in MS-Office.

Job Requirements : (Field Facilitator)
The Field Facilitator (FF) has work under and report to Producer Unit Manager, who is posted at Cluster level
** The FF has to undergo training/refresher courses and attend meetings organized by CAIM or BCI from time to time
** He will be responsible for training and supporting selected 600 farmers (approximately) in Max 10 villages enabling them to adopt all the applicable Better Cotton Production Principles and Criteria.
** FF under the guidance of PU Manager has to facilitate the process of credibility checks and attend other visitors
** FF has to maintain records and produce reports as per the norms of BCI
** FF is expected to stay in the village or a place close to working village.
** Any other responsibility given by supervisory officers of CAIM
