Technical Assistant Recruitment :
A walk-in interview to fill the post of Project Fellow and Technical Assistant to join a time-bound research programme on “DNA barcoding - a promising molecular tool for timber forensics” will be held at 10.00 am onward on 13th March 2017, at KFRI.

Desirable : Experience in genomics and DNA barcoding

Essential qualification : First Class B.Sc. in Botany/Forestry or any of the biological sciences
Desirable : Experience in plant sample collections from forest areas
Fellowship : Rs.10,500/- per month
Duration : Up to 16 February 2020
Age : As on 01.01.2017, 35 years. Age relaxation of five years in the case of scheduled caste/scheduled tribe candidates and three years in the case of other backward communities as per government rules will be given.
