Purpose
This position is created with a specific objective of achieving LAD deliverables in designated geography through private and public sector health care providers. The position is envisioned to act as the interface between PSI and service delivery points in cross cutting sectors with a specific aim at managing all responsibilities including social marketing of IUD/Drugs, partnership management, training, event management, quality monitoring and supportive supervision visits. This candidate is expected to market concepts / scientific facts well with HCP’s.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Participate in the strategy formulation to identify the core doctors, issues concerned and develop implement able strategy and action plan of the territory including the coverage plan of the doctors.
- Manage sales and distribution of the territory including making the PSI products available at the retail level
- Meeting the identified doctors for the program and undertake detailing of the PSI products and create prescription demand for the PSI products.
- To plan and organize the doctors meeting
- To manage the inventory of the PSI products both at SS and stockiest level
- To adhere to the all reporting system and procedure as per schedule and deadline
- Ensures that all trainings and refresher trainings and orientations among public and private health care providers are planned and effectively implemented.
- Expand/recruit the network of providers in the assigned territory.
- Ensures protocol adherence especially for IUD, PPH and MA and motivate health care provider for proper screening of clients for IUD, PPH and MA as per guidelines.
- Socially market IUD/Drugs and other PSI products to ensure product availability at health provider’s clinic/chemists as per norms
- Detail products during supportive supervision for improving quality of care deliverables.
- Ensures timely submission of qualitative and quantitative reports by self and team.
- Place IEC material at provider clinics.
- Coordinate with partners including the district administration, NGO’s, hospitals and others.
- Manages institutional sales of IUD and other health products
- Support and coordinate with field BCC communications

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Post graduate with minimum 2 yrs experience, preferably on MCH (Maternal & Child Health) program
- Have experience interacting with doctors and other health professionals. Preference will be given to Pharma marketing professionals with experience in ObGyn sector
- Preference to those who speak/write fluent English and relevant state language
- Expect candidate to be well versed in MS office and internet use
