Job Description
The Executive Assistant is an important management position that provides an exciting carrier opportunity and learning organizational management. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing complete administrative cover to the Secretary and supports him to implement management procedures and systems for efficient and consistent performance of the Trust. Responsibilities will include preparatory work for meetings and decision making, monitoring on delegated responsibilities and tasks, providing back-up office support.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Graduate / Post-Graduate (preferable) degree in management, economics or related fields with excellent communication in oral as well as written English and the ability to make public presentations.
2. Commitment to quality, effective in time management and working under deadlines
3. Proficient in the use of computers with the ability to work independently with organizational capabilities.
4. Candidate should be able to prioritise work and pay attention to detail
5. Preference will be given to candidates from good schooling and college background that have 3 to 6 years experience in quality management and a results based approach.
