Description : E-Service is an existing web based java application used by ICORE to manage money market data and the application is operated by 350 concurrent users across 70 branches. The system performance was poor leading to loss of business. Initially the responsibility was to tune the performance of the system so that it can be used till the new system is developed and can be used effectively. The new application being developed in .Net technologies with better architecture and design for expected performance and enhanced security.

Description : This project started back in March 2007 and clearly the largest software project in PwC undertaken to develop next generation Audit software using SCRUM (Agile methodology) and developed in .Net technology. Around 200 people worked in this project across the world in design, development and testing of this software.
