Job Description
1.Manage & execute development work for new products and the improvement of existing products, if necessary, from initial scoping to the manufacture of production batches of the final product.
2.Submit monthly progress reports on all technical and laboratory activities.
3.Develop a detailed understanding of new and existing products. Understand key production processes & applications
4.Maintain close working relationships with customers & relevant Cognis internal colleagues [local, regional & global Technical Service, Production, QC, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales, and other SBUs]. Establish and maintain contact with relevant personnel at other Cognis locations.
5.Maintain laboratory equipment in good running order; organize services and repairs as required by good housekeeping.
6.Demonstrate performance and advantages of new developments to technical sales staffs & customers
7.Provide technical supports to customers and resolve technical issues/complaints.
