Hi,

This is in regard to Opeinings Interview Held on 9th May 2010, for the Post of Senior Associate in ACS Noida, One of my friend from Hewitt (Ashish Chawla) who is a Present Employee of Hewitt Associates Noida Sector 127, went for that Interview as Walkin for the above given post, The Interview was well placed and taken by the Ex Employeee of Hewitt Associates, who has taken all the info regarding the candidiate who went for the Interview related to the job as the Interviewer was already aware of the process the candidiate was working and his Senior's name as well, and suggested him that someone from the HR will get back to you regarding the Salary negotiation, and when the Employee (my friend) came to Hewitt on the next day ie Monday, his Senior asked him that how was the Interview and how was the Interviewer who interviewed you, so thats the matter of Integrity the Interviewere showed to my friend disclosing his name in any way to the Senior of his Company, which caused my friend a lot of problem in his current role.
1) Can the Integrity be exposed in this way -
2) Does the Person (Interviewer) needs to be answered for what he has done -
3) Will this Trend will continue exposing candidiate infor which will cause trouble in one's role -
Please provide me answers to these points mentions above and give me the HR email Ids or teh Person's Id so that I can send in my concerns.

By this mail I know I cannot change one's style of working, However can save one's Present job by not disclosing the persons name in his company.
