Job Description :
1) Commercial Sales Manager :
** The Sales Manager will assist the organization in handling Clients (individual /corporate) on Field and management of Customers for its real estate consulting division specific to Commercial Properties.
** The coordinator will manage the Customer database and be the lead in managing customer expectations and property requirements within Mumbai.
** Candidate should have Strong command of multiple Indian languages and English.
** Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
** Decent computer knowledge.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
** Candidate should have Extensive knowledge/experience of sales specific to Commercial Properties
** Extensive knowledge of handling clients individual/corporate

2) SALES /MARKETING :
** The Customer Service Coordinator will assist the organization in handling Customer calls and management of for its real estate consulting division. The coordinator will respond to calls, answer Customer queries and manage the Customer database and be the lead in managing customer expectations.
** Duties : Customer call handling , Responsibility related to managing Customer database. auto Responsibility related to managing communication for a particular property or a lead
** Responsibility related to communicate with internal and external management.
** Perform other duties as assigned like data entry
** Candidate should have Strong command of multiple Indian languages and English . Working experience of MS Office.
Additionally Preferred :
** Strong understanding of Customer support.
** Well developed organization skills with a solid orientation to detail.
** A self-starter with a strong desire to learn. Good written and verbal skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
