Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
** Source Content, create content outline, write learning objectives, chunk content as per outline and flow.
** Writing scripts/storyboards based on the agreed instructional and assessment strategies for the learning event.
** Review storyboards for instructional accuracy with keen attention to detail.
** Deliver assignments as project deadline.
** May need to manage a team of Junior ID's.

Desired Profile :
** 2-4 years of relevant experience in e-Learning.
** Must have sound knowledge of Instructional Design theories and models.
** Must be well conversant in writing storyboards in both MS word and MS PowerPoint.
** Must be creative with good analytical skills.
** Must be proficient in English and have great communication skills (Verbal and Written) to actively interact with clients.(both external and internal).
** Must be able to work independently and coordinate with the development team to get the desired output.
** Should have experience of designing courses in sales, marketing, distribution and finance.
** Should have designed both WBT and ILT courseware.
