DESIGNATION : UX Web Designer

Job Description : We are seeking a creative, talented and knowledgeable designer capable of producing stunning, user-centric web/mobile interfaces.
Required Skills :
** Develop scenarios, task flows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors and high-level design strategies for all devices.
** Presents recommendations to business stakeholders and technical teams to influence decisions that create the best user experience
** Manage the creation, governance, and maintenance of user experience design standards, personas, scenarios and user testing protocols.
** Provides input as a cross-functional team member to define the overall user experience strategy/road map and user centered design processes.
** Deliver high-quality, powerful visualizations to expose business-critical insights from high-dimensional datasets.
** Associating all relevant data in a visually rich, real-time analytical environment enables businesses to isolate and resolve problems as they occur, perceive hidden patterns, track emerging market trends, and identify opportunities for competitive advantage and improved business processes.
** Communicate information clearly and effectively through graphical means.
** Convey ideas effectively providing insights into a rather sparse and complex data set by communicating its key- aspects in a more intuitive way.

Desired Skills & Experience :
Design Tools : Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks. Front end Technologies: In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, and at least some Java-script.
** Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.
** Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of juggling multiple projects and related complexities
** at the same time.

Desired Experience :
** A minimum of 3 years of formal industry/professional experience as a web/mobile designer.
** Solid portfolio demonstrating design savvy.
** Good eye for aesthetics : layout, grid systems, color theory and typography.
** Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android and Windows Phone7.
** Understanding of the limitations of web and mobile, with approaches/ideas to flex those boundaries.
** Candidate must absolutely be in sync with recent design standards and trends. Formal
** education in interaction design (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma) is a definite plus.
