DESIGNATION : Fire Safety Security

Job Description : We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals with fire in the belly and requisite qualifications in Fire Safety & Disaster Management. They should preferably have knowledge of preventive, mitigation, preparedness measures required to be undertaken by financial institutions/banking sector and the possible responses to various perceived disasters/accidents.The selected experienced candidates will be responsible for carrying out Auditing and Training on Fire Safety, Disaster Management and Security and will be further assisted by the one assistant during the procedure while carrying out audit of financial institutions, banks PSUs, other Govt. Bodies and corporate under the banner of HARDICON (A Joint venture of IFCI Ltd., SIDBI, SBI, several PSU Banks and State Level Institutions viz. HFC, HSIIDC).
Or if the selected candidates has little experience, if required may be put through a short Training of Trainers Capsule on Auditing and Training on Fire Safety, Disaster Management and Security. Thereafter, for gaining hand on training they would be required to assist Senior Consultants of the organization, who are senior faculty from Armed Forces and NDMA, while carrying out audit of financial institutions, banks PSUs, other Govt. Bodies and corporate under the banner of HARDICON (A Joint venture of IFCI Ltd., SIDBI, SBI, several PSU Banks and State Level Institutions viz. HFC, HSIIDC).

Salary : As per the Experience and Current CTC.

Educational Qualifications : Graduates and Post Graduates in Fire Safety /Disaster Management, Certification in related fields will be preferred.

Preferred Profile :
** Candidates with knowledge and interest of auditing and training in banking sector.
** Well versed with nuances of Disaster, Fire Safety and Security Management.
** Should be able to conduct fire, rescue and evacuation drills in offices/banks.
** Should have excellent interpersonal and communication (both in English & Hindi) skills.
** Knowledge of handling computers, making power point presentation and delivery
