DESIGNATION : Email Graphics Designer

Job Description :
If you have an eye for detail and a flair for visual creativity, we want you. Kyron is currently looking for a Graphic Designer who will contribute to the content team's production of creative, visual and innovative web and mobile design. The Graphic Designer will work across cross-functional teams including product, marketing and design teams to enhance and elevate the quality of our campaigns and product-level content. This person would work across multiple projects including digital marketing and promotional material, to banner ads and website assets to social media channels and content.

Detailed Responsibilities :
** Deisgn collateral for email, website, mobile, and social media campaigns
** Work closely with content and Marketing departments to creatively and intelligently position product visually in line with best practices
** Prepare visual assets via image editing and other functions to display on web/mobile and offline assets
** Work closely with the rest of the creative team to ensure continuity of design and shared assets
** Help maintain organized file archives for the team
** Be on top of industry best practices and trends


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
** Bachelors degree required
** Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for graphic design with strong creative design and typographical skills
** Ability to multitask, juggle multiple projects with varying timelines and work within a fast-paced environment
** Excellent communication skills
** In-depth knowledge and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and the Mac OS X operating system
** Comfortable with CMS publishing
** Ability to see a job to completion, from concept and brainstorming to design and production and file delivery
** Ability to maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects, working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
** Team player and good communicator who is eager to learn and collaborate
** Knowledge of Flash, HTML and web publishing, email service providers and/or desktop and mobile optimization principles a plus
