Sr Creative (UI/Web) Designer
Experience-4-7yrs
Key components of the role include:
Creative leadership and vision for the user experience of IT enabled services
Designing websites (corporate, interactive)
Building portals and web-based applications
Rapid prototyping of new web based applications
Driving e-marketing campaigns - email, promotions, collaborations
Understanding of CRM, email marketing applications (Salesforce campaigns, Responsys, Exact Target, Arial software etc.) is a great plus
Technical knowledge about search engine optimizations (SEO'S) and Search engine marketing (SEM).

Desired Candidate Profile
Required experience and skills we look for:
- 6-7 years of professional design experience, including 5+ years hands-on experience in designing and building of complex enterprise applications from a graphical user interface and user experience perspective.
- Experience building online newsletters and frequent client communication programs
- Expert in using web graphics and publishing tools (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Quark, Flash, Acrobat, Illustrator, etc.)
- HTML, Javascripts, Style-sheets
- Understanding of CRM (notably salesforce.com) and email marketing applications (specifically Eloqua) are a great plus.
- Strong conceptual skills and proven ability to create prototypes and mock-ups
- Demonstrable web UI design skills with ability to show relevant work
- Proficient in HTML coding; working knowledge of JavaScript, DHTML, ASP.NET, VB.NET is a plus
- Ability to build Information architecture, Wireframes and translate this information to final UI screens
- Expert in user-centered design methods and best practices
- Focused on providing best-of-breed UI designs without losing sight of the real-world user's need for "fast and simple"

- Independent self-starter with strong project management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team with product managers, graphics designers, usability specialists, and others
