Job Description :
1) Ajax Visual Web designer :
The candidate will be designing a web 2.0 client for a network management application. This will include the design of new web pages and the supporting server side business logic.
Skill/Educational Requirements :
** Network Management experience in IT or Telecom networks.
** Designing web pages that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
** Experience developing with JBOSS SEAM in an EJB3 environment.
** Re-usable component design with JSF, Facelets (preferred) or JSP, RichFaces and Ajax, HTML, XML, CSS.
** Thorough knowledge of the SEAM conversation model.
** Experience with Java/J2EE applications on JBOSS application server.
** Develop and optimize code deployed for use in a web application with multiple con current users, a high transaction rate, and extended (long) sessions.
** Strong written and oral English communication skills.
** Designing and implementing solutions based on business and customer requirements.
** Experience with Javascript, Web portal/Portlets, Apache/Tomcat, Mercurial SCCS, Linux/Unix Development and Jboss Security Model is a big plus.
** Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
** 8 years experience in client-side Java application development.
** At least 2 years experience in web client development.

2) Technical Leader :
Technical Lead will responsible for leading a small team in design, development, testing, maintenance, and support of product modules ensuring a high quality deliverable in a timely manner. She/he will also be responsible to mentor/train junior engineers.
Skill/Educational Requirements :
