Job Description :
Responsibilities :
** Intimate and up-to-date knowledge of corporate commercial matters
** Complete familiarity and up-to-date knowledge of service tax, TDS etc.,
** Ability to take independent responsibility of critical commercial matters like Non Disclosure Agreements, Order Confirmation, Invoice preparation and payment follow up etc.,
** Coordination with in-company project execution team
** Meeting clients for payment collection

Profile of the individual :
** He should be a Graduate in Commerce and around 25 years in age
** Quick grasp of responsibilities and ability to deliver results
** 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar responsibility area
** Experience in dealing with senior executives in large and very large Indian and multinational companies
** Eagerness to grow quickly and ability to challenge self on a daily basis
** Must possess a pleasant personality, charming soft skills and good English language business communication skills
