Job Description :
1) C Program Design Engineer :
** Read and understand requirement/product/design specification
** Versatile in learning the technical and soft skills required to accomplish the assigned tasks successfully
** Trouble shoot and play the role of a critical validation team member
** Approach tasks in an imaginative and practical perspective
** Follow an established process, suggest improvements to existing process and define new processes
Qualification : UG/PG in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication Engineering
Competencies Required :
** Strong basics in their core graduation discipline
** Strong in C/C++
** Good analytical, quantitative and data interpretation skills
** Ability to split a complex problem into smaller parts and solve them one by one
** Good oral and written communication skills
** Excellent documentation and presentation skills
** A self starter
** Innovative and flexible

2) Object Oriented Programming Engineer :
** Involve in designing and coding of new products
** Establish better software development methodologiesQualification : UG/PG in Computer Science Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering
** Interact with product development, sales and QA for purposes of design development and customerJob description :
** Mentor and lead a team of design & software engineers
** Customer focus and coordinate with client, vendors, offshore / on site team
** Leverage the latest technologies to solve complex problems requirements
Competencies Required :
** Minimum 3 to 4 years experience and strong knowledge in object oriented programming
** Strong in C++ design patterns
** Basic knowledge of STL & MFC
** Strong in basics of GUI framework, design and development skills
** Expert troubleshooting skills and research abilities
** Knowledge in project management
** Knowledge in network protocols is an added advantage

3) Business Developer :
** Work with and expand current pan-India prospect database to generate effective leads & meet sales targets
** Update and maintain CRM database and use it effectively to follow up on leads and convert prospects to customers
** Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, preparing proposals and negotiating with prospects
** Provide updates to senior management via regular reports and provide innovative sales plan to meet sales targets
** Be informed about the latest technical or technological advancements pertai
