Job Description :
1) Civil Site Team Leader :
** BE or Diploma Engineers (Civil/Mechanical) applying for the position of Team Leader needs to have minimum of 3-4 years experience in modeling and detailing and 1 year experience in checking.
** ITI Draughtsman (Civil/Mechanical) applying for the position of Checkers needs to have minimum of 4-5 years experience in modeling and detailing and 2 years experience in checking.He/She should have good knowledge in Tekla Structure software. Must to able to guide and facilitate team. Should have good written and verbal communication skill. Must be self motivated and multitasking individual.

2) Project Managers :
** Engineering Degree holders applying for the position of Project Managers need to have minimum of 4-5 years of experience on structural detailing including modeling and checking. He/She can be either Civil or Mechanical Engineer from a reputed engineering Institution.
** Diploma Engineers applying for the position of Project Managers need to have minimum of 5-6 years of experience on structural detailing including modeling and checking. He/She can be either Civil or Mechanical Engineer from a reputed engineering Institution.
** ITI Engineers or Draughtsman applying for the position of Project Managers need to have minimum of 7 years of work experience on structural detailing including modeling and checking. He/She can be either Civil or Mechanical Draughtsman from ITI.

3) Checkers :
** BE or Diploma Engineers (Civil/Mechanical) applying for the position of Checkers needs to have minimum of 3-4 years experience in modeling and detailing and 1 year experience in checking.
**ITI Draughtsman (Civil/Mechanical) applying for the position of Checkers needs to have minimum of 4-5 years experience in modeling and detailing and 2 years experience in checking.
** He/She should have high quality standard of working.

4) Modelers :
** BE or Diploma Engineers (Civil/Mechanical) applying for the position of Modelers needs to have minimum of 3-4 years experience in modeling (including detailing).
** ITI Draughtsman (Civil/Mechanical) applying for the position of Modelers needs to have minimum of 4-5 years experience in modeling (including detailing).
** He/She should be experienced in modeling of stairs, ladders, handrails. Should be able to do Extraction of drawings as per client requirement, Numbering (Assign numbering etc). and Batch files settings.
