Job Description :
1) Civil Site Engineer :
**Must be a DCE/ BE Civil with at least 5 years of experience.
**Good Computer Basic, MS Office is must. Knowledge of ERP will be an added advantage.
**Good working knowledge of the latest versions of Civil-3D & AutoCAD is a must.
**Knowledge of Aluform Technology will be an added advantage.
**To make work schedule & follow up,
**Smooth communication with suppliers & contractors
**Control Execution as per drawings
**Expertise in Finishing activities

2) Advocate :
**Should have experience in Standing practice in court upto 7+ years (Hard core experience of legal matters).
**Drafting of Deeds & Documents.
**To follow up the court matters & to brief Sr. Advocate.
**To appear in court on behalf of the company.
**To assist the Management in proceeding with various legal matters.
**Due diligence and legal compliances.
** Address complex legal issues & propose solutions.

3) Sales Executive :
**Direct selling experience of minimum 2 years to high end clients in real estate.
**The incumbent is responsible for generating sales by converting walk-in prospects into customers and closing the sales process with the appropriate documentation.
**Prior knowledge of sales documentation process desirable.
** Ability to work under sales target pressure and deliver.
** To collect payments from the clients & consequent follow-ups in-case of delays.
** Ready to coordinate and work in tandem with Marketing during Events / Exhibitions/ Shows.
** Maintain and update a sales / lead tracker for reporting

4) RCC Civil Engineer :
**Must be a DCE/BE Civil with 1 - 3 years of experience. Freshers with excellent academic record may also apply.
**Good Computer Basic, MS Office is must
**Taking Responsible of ongoing civil work such as Residential, RCC Work, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, etc., at all stages.
**Execution of all construction activities as per drawing and schedule.
**Supervising and controlling direct labours
**Checking of proper stacking and storage of materials in various stores of the site.
