Job Description : We are currently looking for Business Development Manager whose job responsibilities would be

Functional Experience Requirements :
**At least 5 - 8 years of experience in business development
**Excellent presentation and communication skills is a must
**Ability to handle customers in an effective way and manage the account in an efficient fashion will be an important criterion (Inter personnel skills etc.)

Key Responsibilities :
**The role of an individual contributor
**To identify key revenue generating opportunities for products and services
**Through interface and discussion, capture customer requirements and present the relevant solution at customer visits, presentations and other follow up meetings
**Will be responsible for driving a structured lead generation program and its follow up using internal and external resources
**Identifies and builds relationships to key decision makers, potential new targets and influencers
**Maintaining good CRM with the key accounts
**Liaison with internal teams – for various development and SME’s to come up with the best possible way for providing solution
**Assisting the Regional Operations Head with all sales related data
**Well versed with local market intelligence
