1) Job Position : UI design projects Developer
Job Description :We are looking for a 4+years experienced Web Developer to join Capital Float’s team in building its unique “Online Financing Platform”.
Job Responsibilities and Skills Needed :
**Plan and execute UI design projects, contribute as an independent member to create innovative user interfaces for mobile, web and desktop applications
**Create information architectures, user interaction models, wire-frames & navigation flows, build prototypes
**Working knowledge in PHP, Apache, Android, iOS stack would be added bonus
**Ability to develop and communicate UI design guidelines, templates and standards. Proficient and working knowledge.
**Experience with the conceptualization and design of navigation, labelling, search, and organization systems for websites and applications
**High proficiency with visual design, creating all the inputs needed for design that is ready for development
**Appreciation of what’s possible in user flows, using latest technologies on the development side
Location : Bangalore
Date of Joining : Immediate
Qualifications :
**Should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed university
**Must have prior work experience with a Product Company and exposed to building end to end web products

2) Job Position : Big Data Developer
Job Description : We are looking for a 3+ years experienced Big Data developer to build Capital Float’s “Online Financing Platform”.
Job Responsibilities and Skills Needed :
** Should have at least 3 years of solid middle tier development and good working knowledge on Java/ J2EE skills with a solid experience in Struts/ Spring Framework
**Would be beneficial if you have experience in MY SQL (equivalent database technologies), Machine learning, data mining algorithms working with structured and unstructured data
**Experience working in the financial domain would be extremely beneficial
**The candidate should have experience developing a software / SaaS platform in the Analytics space.
**It would be beneficial if the candidate has experience with Hadoop/Hive
**Experience with NoSQL technologies (Cassandra/Redis/mongodb/hbase), AWS, Windows Azure, DynamoDB / RedShift is essential
**Must have experience working with APIs and integrating them within platforms. Conducted analysis on complex technical designs, and code reviews
**Candidate should be self-driven, proactive and with strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications :
