DESIGNATION : Legal Officer

Job Description : We are required for a leading Financial Advisory firm, based in Delhi, with presence in India and other global capital markets, having relevant experience of min 5 years.
1) Name of the Position : Legal Officer
Shall be responsible for Drafting Agreements for award and implementation of Infrastructure and Real Estate Projects, including EPC Agreements, Technical and Financial Collaboration Agreements, Investment and Fee Agreements. Shall also be responsible for vetting third party agreement formats made available to AFII by potential partners, land owners, capability providers and the like. Knowledge of working provisions of UK and Singapore law is ideal. Proficiency in written and spoken English Language is an obvious must.
Desired Skills and Experience :
Bachelor of Law with relevant experience. Additional Qualifications may include MBA with specialization in Finance. Previous Experience in an Infrastructure Company and/or a Financial Institution will be a plus.

2) Name of the Position : Accounts Officer
Desired Skills and Experience :
B.Com/M.Com, having knowledge of Tally, MS Office, Bank reconciliation, TDS, Income Tax, and experience of managing accounts independently.

3) Name of the Position : Associate - Finance
Desired Skills and Experience :
CA/MBA in Finance, well versed with preparing Financial models with business projections on MS-Excel, Company/Business valuations, Debt Syndication, Private Equity funding is a plus.

4) Name of the Position : Management Trainee
Desired Skills and Experience :
MBA (Finance) experienced with good inter-personal skills. Proficiency in spoken & written English is a must.
