CRITERIA FOR AVAILING SCHOLARSHIP :
Category 'A' (BPL Girls Students Only)
Category 'B' ITI Students (As per SJF Trade List)

Category 'C' General Students
i) Graduate Courses Like :
1. B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BFA, Homeopathy,Naturopathy, B.Pharma, BCA, BBA, BBM, Bachelor of Business Economics/Finance, B.Sc. (Agriculture), BVSC, Integrated course for 5 years (1st 3 years amount for graduation basis)
2. In the field of Environment like : Environment Scientist, Environment Engineer and Environment Journalist.
3. In the field of Hospitality, Architecture, Physiotherapy,Micro Biology, Forensic Sciences and Social Work.

ii) Post Graduation Courses like:
1. M.A., M.Phil, M.Com, M.Pharma, M.Lib (Science), MBA, Master of Business Economics/Finance/ Human Resources Management/ International Business/ M.Sc. / MVSc, M.Sc. (Agriculture), MCA, Organic Agriculture, Solar Energy, Rural/Urban Management, Integrated course for 5 years (remaining 2 years amount for post graduation basis).
2. In the field of Environment like : Environment Scientist, Environment Engineer and Environment Journalist.
3. In the field of Hospitality, Architecture, Physiotherapy,Naturopathy,Micro Biology, Forensic Sciences and Social Work.

Category 'D' - Engineering & Medicine Courses
i) Graduate Courses (all stream) and M.B.B.S. excluding dental courses including courses in Naturopathy (BNYS)
ii) PG Courses Engineering & medicine/ surgery (excluding MDS)

Category 'E' Diploma courses
1. Diploma in Electronics, Electricals, Mechanical
2. Diploma in the field of Environment like : Environment Scientist, Environment Engineer and Environment Journalist.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :
Only self attested photocopies of certificates need be sent with the application form

Family Income Limits :
a. For Cat 'A' Scholarship - BPL Certificates
b. For those in employment - Rs.4.00 Lac per year.Certificate issued by the Employer.
c. For all others - Rs.2.50 Lac per year. Income Certificate obtained from the competent authority of the area, like Village Panchayat Head , Patwari, BDO, Retd. IAS, IRS, IPS

A student should apply for this scholarship only once in the duration of the course.

Last date for receipt of application for the academic session 2014-15 is 31-12-2014.

For the year 2015-16 onwards, the last date for receipt of applications will be 31st October of every year. Application received late will not be entertained.

The student should not be getting any other scholarships from any other sourse.

Only a maximum of 10 new scholarships (in addition to continuing scholarships)

can be sanctioned for one college/institution, but for BPL students and girls students in schools no limit.

Following certificates should also be submitted with the Application Form :
i) For Physically Challenged-Certificates from a competent authority.
ii) Mark sheet of the last exam passed.
iii) For hostelers, a certificate from the warden in the prescribed form downloadable from our website.

iv) For widows and wards of Ex-servicemen :
a. PPO
b. Ex-servicemen widow I-Card
c. Relationship Dependency Certificate.

Applications should be sent to the address given in the website.

Caution : Please ensure information and documents furnished are absolutely correct, failing which action will be taken as we have stringent system of checking and verification by which same persons were caught and punished.
