Job Description :
**Responsible for installation and repair of Electrical / HVAC systems
**Repair and maintain records of all equipments.
**Vendor Management and negotiation.
**Would be responsible for overlooking of Maintenance activity of stores across the locations and should be flexible to move to any location according to requirement.
**Manages maintenance budget including monitoring inventory and expenses.
**Establishes job priorities and time frames for Maintenance Staff.
**Monitors completion of Maintenance job assignments.
**Frequent field observation and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and instruction and revises instructions and time frames as necessary.
**Performs other related tasks and duties as assigned.
Experience : 3-4 years
Qualification : Graduate/ Diploma preferably electrical background
Competencies :
**Comprehensive knowledge of all equipment used in showrooms.
**Good knowledge of safety regulations, practices and procedures applicable to work unit.
**Ability to work cooperatively, communicate effectively, and to maintain effective internal and external customer relations to accomplish job responsibilities.
**Ability to learn quickly and put to use new skills and knowledge brought about by rapidly changing information and technology.

Job Description :
**Ensure excellent customer service to ensure V-Mart is the most customer preferred shopping destination in the region
**Monitor receipt, storage and return of items to ensure there is no pilferage or damage
**Track and control the store expenses and petty cash to ensure meeting the profitability targets of the store.
**Ensure smooth functioning of the retail outlet as per the standards and processes defined
Location : Bihar, U.P
experience : At least 3-7 years of experience in managing retail outlets having staff of more than 20.
Qualification : Graduate (preferably with some course/specialization in retail)
Competencies :
**Suggest improvements and initiatives which can help increase sales.
**Ensure staff members have complete product knowledge and USPs of products in their category and facilitate training sessions with merchandise team, HR etc.
**Control store expenses in non-important areas or areas pointed by audit and process control team.
