Job Description
Ictect India (Pvt) Ltd., based on Bhopal, with headquarters in the United States, is looking for a Team Lead/Manager for its Content Services division. The services include content editing/copywriting, XML-based content, etc. You will be working on projects for US companies, in a rewarding environment where we care about each employee. Our office is located in MP Nagar in Bhopal.
The knowledge-based services lead will have the following job responsibilities
- Participate in providing services to Ictect’s clients, and manage between 5 to 10 staff - services include editorial services, copywriting, proof check and publishing support services
- Recruit individuals for the division, train them, monitor their performance, and provide a nurturing environment for them
- Use a combination of technical (XML) and content editing skills to provide clients the best possible services
- Interface with US-based project management staff, and with client representatives
- Participate in Ictect India’s general management activities, and promote company’s core values
Requirements for this position include:
- Excellent written and oral communication – good writing skills are a must
- Ability to work in a team environment and ability to manage people is required – freshers need not apply.
- 4+ year of experience working in companies is required.
- Degree in English or Journalism is required. MBA will be a plus
- Good familiarity with Microsoft Word and XML will be beneficial.
- Attention to details is a must.

Normal business hours for Ictect are 9:30 AM to 6:30 pm M-F, and every other Saturday. You will be required to stay late or start early sometimes.
