Job Description :

1) Position :MIS Account Specialist
Location : Trivandrum
Educational Qualification : B.Com / M.Com; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tally & MIS Applications
Work Experience : Min 1 - 2 years. Any fresher with excellent academic credentials willing to learn and grow will be strongly considered.
Industry Type : Hotels / Restaurants / Cafe / FMCG
Duties & Responsibilities :
** Handling all Accounts function
** Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment to vendors.
** Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy.
** Assist the Financial controller in ensuring all financial activities, maintenance of accounts, compliance with statutory requirements, & management of cash flow.
** Monitor the timely preparation of accounts payable / receivable / payroll statements, income and expenditure statements etc.
Personal Attributes :
** Understanding of Statutory liabilities like Advance Tax, TDS, Service Tax, MVAT, Payroll, Administrative Activities etc
** You will possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize daily tasks.
** You'll be adaptable and flexible and will possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills.

2) Position : Customer Service / Production Associate
Location : Trivandrum
Educational Qualification : HSC or SSC + Diploma in Catering / Hotel Management / F&B Operations
Work Experience : Min 1 - 2 years. Fresher's will be considered if they display exceptional client facing and business acumen.
Industry Type : Hotels / Restaurants / Cafe
Duties & Responsibilities :
** To be the face of Donut House and provide outstanding customer service as per global standards;
** Counter Sales , Preparation and Delivery of Orders within the stipulated time;
** Making sure that the store is clean and neat in every aspect, including toilets, dishes, pastry cabinets and all other equipments needing attention;
** Under regular training as per company protocol.
Personal Attributes :
** Adherence to personal hygiene, well presented and well groomed;
** Positive attitude and pleasant personality;
** Good computer skills, so as to prepare store reports.
** Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven, demanding environment;
