DESIGNATION : Retail Outlet Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION :
1) Retail Outlet Manager
Experience : 3 to 5 yrs.
Salary : INR 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A
Responsible for managing Food and Bakery Outlet. Inventory Management , Business Development. Accountable for all Day today activities.

2) Counter Staff :
Experience : 2 to 5 yrs.
Salary : INR 1,00,000 - 1,25,000 P.A
Display bakery items and products on the shelves and counters to attract customers. Greet customers and visitors entering the bakery. Assist and support bakery inventory control staff in their day-to-day task.

3) Store Manager :
Experience : 5 to 8 yrs.
Candidate from a relevant industry will be preferred. Knowledge of inventory , receiving and issue of items, day today management of stores, place the order on time and ensure proper stock , effective coordination with purchase and operation team.

4) Manager Human Resources :
Experience : 3 to 6 yrs
Only male candidates who are willing to work in Sriperumbuddur considered.
To ensure the statutory compliances
Grievance handling and ensuring joining formalities and to have control over manpower and attrition

5) Cook Specialty Restaurant :
Experience : 2 to 5 yrs.
Salary : INR 70,000 - 1,00,000 P. A
Ensure that all food items for the restaurant are prepared on time and meet quality and quantity standards. Stores requisitions. Ensure Hygiene. Knowledge of Italian, Continental or any Mediterranean food will be an added advantage.

6) Waiter :
Experience : 1 to 6 yrs.
Salary : INR 70,000 - 1,00,000 P.A
To greet, receive, take order and serve the guest. Table setting. This opening is for our FIne Dine Restaurant at Nugambakkam. Knowledge of Mediterranean, Italian or Continental food will be an added advantage.

7) Purchase Executive :
Experience : 2 to 5 yrs.
Salary : INR 1,25,000 - 2,50,000 P.A
Candidate should knowledge of large scale purchase preferably for industrial catering.
Preparation of Purchase orders, Market survey, Ensure timely supply of materials.Co-ordination with stores and ensure par stock levels.

8) Restaurant Hostess :
Experience : 2 to 5 yrs
Salary : INR 80,000 - 1,00,000 P.A
Guest Interaction and personal attention to ensure better guest satisfaction at the restaurant.
Menu suggestion, taking guest feedback, analyzes the suggestion and recommends the management effective solutions.
