INSTRUCTIONS :
The joining of above mentioned candidates shall be strictly subject to their being found medically fit by the Medical Officer of the Company and submitting the following documents in original (which will be returned after verification) along with one (01) set of self-attested photocopies:-

i) Certificate as proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation Passing Certificate)
ii) Certificate(s) regarding educational qualifications.
iii) If candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer- NCL)/PWD category, a certificate in proof of his/her belonging to SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD category issued by the Competent Authority in prescribed format.
iv) In case candidates are registered with the Local Employment Exchange, the Employment Exchange Registration Card.
v) Six (06) recent passport size colour photographs
vi) PAN Card and a Local (Bokaro Steel City) Bank Savings A/c No. (Compulsory)
vii) Attestation Forms being sent with Offer Letter (in Triplicate) properly filled in and duly attested.
viii) Release Certificate from the present / previous Employer, if employed.

The above candidates are advised to report to the DGM (Personnel & Administration), BPSCL, at Trainees Hostel -02, Near Birsa Chowk (Naya More), Bokaro Steel City - 827 001, Jharkhand, on the date mentioned against each, latest by 09:30 AM for document verification and inoculation against infectious diseases.

Medical Examination by the Medical Officer of the Company will be done in Bokaro General Hospital, B.S. City, on the next working day of reporting.
