For the Best Coordinators & Study Centres of NIOS for the year 2013-14.One Award will be given in each of the Following Categories.

Online Application complete in all respect should reach to the Director (SSS), National Institute of Open Schooling, A24/25, Institutional Area, Sector 62, NOIDA, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh - 201309. Applications can be submitted on-line through NIOS website www[dot]nios[dot]ac[dot]in by 27.10.2014. Computer generated copy of filled in application form, complete in all respect be send in such a manner that it should reach on or before 03.11.2014.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING AND SENDING APPLICATIONS
1. Nominations can be made only on-line by logging on to website www.nios.ac.in and opened till 27.10.2014
2. Fill in the on-line application furnishing correct details.
3. After successful submission of application, take the printout of computer generated form.
4. Complete the form by signing and enclosing annexure, if any.
5. Confirmation page(s) alongwith all documents be sent to NIOS in an A5 (12” x 10”) Envelope only.
6. Application should be sent to the Director(Student Support Services), National Institute of Open Schooling, A-24/25, Sector-62, Noida-201309 through speed post only.
7. Filled-in application must reach to the Director (SSS) on or before 3rd November, 2014.
8. Application received after the last date would not be considered.
9. Confirmation page may only be dispatch through Postal Department Speed Post Services.
10. Kindly mention any of the applicable information on the TOP of the Envelope:-

11. Applicants must check their eligibility carefully before submission of application form.
12. Applicants not complying with the instructions, their applications shall be summarily rejected.
13. The applicant must note that after submission of the application form, details cannot be changed.
? The photocopy of the Confirmation Page along with the proof of dispatch in the form of original receipt issued by the Post Office may also be kept safely as reference for future correspondence.
? Even after the successful submission of online application within due date, if the Computer Generated Confirmation page is not received by the NIOS on or before the last date i.e. 3rd November,2014 or received incomplete, the application will not be considered.

Please ensure before mailing the Confirmation Page that :
(i) The applicant has signed the Form at specified place
(ii) Each page of the application be signed by the applicant with the date.
(iii) The good quality colour studio photograph has been uploaded on website.
14. No cutting and over writing is allowed.
15. All information may be provided as per the details of the study centre i.e. AI, AVI, AA.
16. Information of last 5 year is to be provided in the application form.
17. Where ever need be, additional sheet may be used to provide the information.
18. NIOS will not be responsible for loss of application during the transition.
19. Application shall not be considered, in case, application is partially filled.
20. The decision of the Chairman of the National Award Committee will be final and binding.
21. NIOS reserves the right to amend, modify or alter any of the rules.
