DIBRUGARH UNIVERSITY RESEARCH ADMISSION TEST - 2014 :
Applications in prescribed form are invited from Master Degree holders of recognised Universities securing 50% marks or equivalent grade point for appearing in the Dibrugarh University Research Admission Test (DURAT) to be held on 15.11.2014 for admission to the Ph.D. and M.Phil programmes for the session 2014-2015 in the following subjects :

Ph.D: Applied Geology, Chemistry, Commerce, Computer Science, Economics, Life-Sciences, Management, Mathematics, Petroleum Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Physics, Sociology, Statistics, Philosophy.

M.Phil: Assamese, Chemistry, Commerce, Economics, Education, English, History, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science, Statistics and Sociology.

Availability of Application Forms:
(i) The Application Forms along with the Prescribed Copy of the Bank Challan is available in the website: www.dibru.ac.in.

(ii) The intending candidates shall have to deposit Rs.500.00/- (Rupees Five Hundred) + Rs.60/- (Rupees Sixty)* only as Examination Fee+ Bank Charge at the Account of the State Bank of India mentioned in the prescribed Bank Challan, which can be tendered through any Branch of the State Bank of India. Prescribed copies of the Bank Challan are available in the Dibrugarh University website dibru.ac.in. It may kindly be noted that the University shall not receive the Fees in any other form.

(iii) The filled in Application Form with all requisite testimonials and the University Copy of the Bank Challan is to be submitted at the Teaching Department/ Centre of Studies of the subject concerned by 24.10.2014.

(a) Date of availability of Application Forms : from 30.09.2014
(b) Receiving of filled-in Application Forms : from 08.10.2014
(c) Last date of availability and submission of Application Forms : 24.10.2014
(d) Date of examination : 15.11.2014
(e) Declaration of result : by 03.12.2014

Examination Timings : 11.00 Hours to 14.00 Hours

Examination Fee : Rs.500/- (Excluding the Bank Charge of Rs.60/-)*.

Examination Centre: The concerned Teaching Department/ Centre of Studies, Dibrugarh University.
