Selection Procedure : The selection process for the post would be by way of a written examination followed by Personal Interview. Candidates who qualify based on the minimum cut-off marks decided by the company, would be called for interview. Proficiency in computers is preferable.

Examination paper pattern : The written examination will consist of 120 marks and interview of 80 marks. The written examination paper will consist of following categories:
I. General Studies 25 marks
II. Reasoning 25 marks
III. Mathematics 25 marks (10th standard)
IV. English 25 marks
V. Hindi 20 marks
VI. No Negative Marking

Examination Centres :
Written examination will be conducted in venues across many centres in UP. Tentative divisions where exam may be held are Agra, Aligarh, Allahabad, Azamgarh, Bareilly, Basti, Devipatan, Faizabad, Gorakhpur, Jhansi, Kanpur, Lucknow, Meerut, Mirzapur, Moradabad, Saharanpur and Varanasi. Candidates have to indicate their preferred centre for examination in the application form. However, interview would be held at Lucknow only.
However, company reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination/Interview Centres and/ or add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc. company also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any centre other than the one he/she has opted for. No request for change of centre for examination shall be entertained. Candidate will appear for the examination at an examination Centre at his/her own risks and expenses, and company will not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. of any nature.
Guidelines are subject to change in terms of GOI guidelines/clarifications, if any, from time to time.
Candidates short listed for interview shall have to produce all certificates in original for verification of their age, educational qualification, caste/tribe/class, disability and experience details along with four recent coloured passport size photographs at the time of interview. Failure to produce the same shall render the candidate ineligible for the recruitment process.

How To Apply :
Candidates can download form from company’s website or type the prescribed format on A4 size paper. Attach self attested copies of all the certificates.
i. Application will be accepted only by Courier/ by Hand. No other mode of application or incomplete steps would be accepted and such applications would be rejected.
