Desired Profile Strategic Leadership: Develop overall strategic direction for the scope of business services indicated above. Includes development of service level strategies, process strategies and supporting policies & procedures, which should be in support of corporate cost savings and traveler productivity. Recommends new and revised policies/standards for MS India, as well as, ability to demonstrate the program impact of such recommendations. Maintain effective industry relationships that facilitate being able to anticipate changes in advance with the goal of minimizing any negative impacts and relationships that facilitate the sharing of best practices information between industry & MS India.
