Maharashtra Science Talent Search Exam (MSTSE) - 2014 :
Eligibility:
For students studying in Class VIII (going to Class IX in 2015) i.e. Aspirants of IIT-JEE, 2019,
For students studying in Class IX (going to Class X in 2015) i.e. Aspirants of IIT-JEE, 2018,
For students studying in Class X (going to Class XI in 2015) i.e. Aspirants of IIT-JEE, 2017 and
For students studying in Class XI (going to Class XII in 2015) i.e. Aspirants of IIT-JEE, 2016
(Only Maharashtra State Students can register)

Last Date to Register (in Person) : Wednesday 15th October, 2014
Last Date to Register (by Post /Courier) : Saturday 11th October, 2014
Result Declaration Date : Tuesday 4th November, 2014 4:00 pm onwards

How to Register :
1. OFFLINE REGISTRATION : By Submitting Paper Application / e-Application Form along with Exam Fee through Cash / DD / Pay Order at a

FIITJEE Centre :
Paper Application : You can obtain a Paper Application Form from any FIITJEE Centre or from your School office. Schools can obtain any number of Application Forms from the nearest FIITJEE centre. Fill this Application Form carefully and deposit it in person / send by post or courier to any nearest FIITJEE Centre. Your Hall Ticket will be issued by the FIITJEE centre either in person or will be sent to your e-mail ID as opted by you in the Application Form. You can also download your Hall Ticket from our website www.fiitjee.com/downloadhallticket.htm. Downloads will not be available for Hall Tickets issued in person.

ONLINE REGISTRATION :
Online payment using a Credit / Debit Card (Master / Visa) : Log on to our Online Registration Portal www.fiitjeeonline.in and create an account for yourself using your e-mail ID as user name and set your preferred password. Update your profile info such as your Name, Class & School you are Studying in, contact details and details about your parents etc. as the next step. You are now ready for an Online Registration. Your Hall Ticket will be generated immediately after successful payment. Please take two printouts of your Hall Ticket and paste your recent colour photograph on both the copies. Submit one copy of your Hall Ticket to the Examination Controller during the Exam and get the second copy validated & keep it for your records.

e-Application : For Registration through e-Application mode, Log on to our Online Registration Portal fiitjeeonline.in and create an account for yourself using your e-mail ID as user name and set your preferred password. Update your profile info such as your Name, Class & School you are Studying in, contact details and details about your parents etc. as the next step. Now, you have to take a printout of your Online Application (e-Application) and submit it in person / send by post or courier to your nearest FIITJEE Centre along with Exam Fee. If you are submitting it in person at FIITJEE Centre, your Hall Ticket will be issued on the spot by the FIITJEE Centre. If you are sending printout of your Online Application along with Demand Draft / Pay Order for Exam Fee by post / courier, your Hall Ticket will be e-mailed to your e-mail ID given by you during online registration. You can also download your Hall Ticket from our website fiitjee.com/downloadhallticket.htm. Downloads will not be available for Hall Tickets issued in person.

Important: FIITJEE will send various important information like confirmation of payment, registration, seating plan etc. on your mobile phone through SMS. In order to receive these information promptly, please ensure that your mobile number should not be registered under NDNC. Send SMS “STOP DND” from your mobile phone to 1909 (Toll Free) to de-register from NDNC. The DD / Pay Orders should be in favour of FIITJEE LTD. Open Test, Aptitude Test etc. A/C, payable at respective locations (Mumbai, Pune & Nagpur) mentioned against the list of Test Centres given in the Information Booklet handed over alongwith Paper Application Form. (Last date to receive completed Application Form by post / courier is Saturday 11th October, 2014).

MSTSE - 2014 (Terms & Conditions) :
Note 1 : A Total of 600 Students i.e. 50 Students each for Class VIII, IX, X & XI and 200 Students each for FIITJEE Centres in Greater Mumbai (Andheri, Chembur, Kandivali, Navi Mumbai & Thane), Nagpur & Pune will be selected through MSTSE - 2014 Exam subject to Students scoring above a minimum cut-off marks in each subject. Based on the total marks scored in the exam a common merit list will be prepared. Those Students who do not clear the total cut-off marks and individual subject cut-off marks in the Exam will not qualify for the final merit list. The final discretion will remain with FIITJEE management and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

Note 2 : Tuition Fee waiver for FIITJEE programs & Hostel Fee concessions are valid for Student joining - Four Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2019 OR Three Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2018 OR Two Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2017 OR PINNACLE - Two Year Integrated School Program for JEE Advanced, 2017 OR One Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2016 latest by Thursday 4th December, 2014 at FIITJEE Greater Mumbai, Nagpur or Pune Centre only.

Note 3 : Hostel fee concessions are valid only for FIITJEE’s associate hostels / lodging and boarding facilities (for male Students only) made available through FIITJEE, subject to the Student joining that particular hostel and availability of seats. The Hostel Fee concessions are valid for the above mentioned programs only. The concession will be given monthly between April, 2015 to March, 2019 for joining Four Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2019 OR between April, 2015 to March, 2018 for joining Three Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2018 OR between April, 2015 to March, 2017 for joining Two Year Integrated School / Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2017 OR between April, 2015 to March, 2016 for joining One Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2016 and only for the duration of Integrated School / Classroom program. The hostel fee concessions will be paid directly to the hostel owner by FIITJEE. Hostel fee concessions is for accommodation only. Food, transportation & other self expenses are to be borne by the Students. Hostel facility is available at select FIITJEE Centres only.

Note 4 : FIITJEE Students already enrolled in Integrated School / Classroom Program for IIT-JEE can appear in Maharashtra Science Talent Search Exam to find about their current level of preparation and their projected Rank in JEE Advanced / Other Competitive Entrance Examinations. We are already committed to these Students in giving our complete support at any point of their preparation. Since these Students are already getting all benefits and additional inputs through our classroom programs, Maharashtra Science Talent Search Exam is only for giving the feedback to their preparation and no Fee Waivers / Concessions of any kind will be offered to such Students. However, FIITJEE Students will be entitled for rewards as per their performance in JEE Advanced Examination (for details refer page no. 23 & 24 of MSTSE 2014 brochure).

Note 5 : Students already enrolled in a FIITJEE Classroom / Integrated School Program which is getting over by March / April, 2015 can register themselves as a FIITJEE Student and are entitled for benefits (Fee Waivers) of Maharashtra Science Talent Search Exam, 2014 only on joining relevant program for IIT-JEE, 2019 / 2018 / 2017 / 2016 latest by Thursday 4th December, 2014.

Note 6(a): The registered office of FIITJEE Limited is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature with regard to the MSTSE, subsequent enrollment and studies shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and Statutory modification thereof and rules made thereunder. The award of the arbitrator shall be final & binding. The arbitrator so appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employee of FIITJEE Ltd. or its sister concern, and for reasons of having any prior linkage with the company. The seat of arbitration will be Delhi. All the parties - Student / parents / guardian & FIITJEE agree that they shall not commence or maintain any action in a court of law relating to MSTSE, subsequent enrollment & studies at FIITJEE except for enforcement of the arbitral award. All parties waive any right to appeal. This is needed for speedy redressal of issues & all parties agree to this.

Note 6 (b): Subject to 7 (a) herein above, the exclusive Jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in Delhi / New Delhi Courts only.

I'm Pavan Wable from Nagpur. I appeared for the 10th std. FIITJEE MSTSE 2014 exams and the result have been declared but I have problem as I'm not able to know my result because whenever I put my Registration no. and Web Access Code it shows the error with the server.
