Job Description
1.Client servicing
2.Reservations on Crs _(amadeus preferred)
3.Ticketing - after checking that correct fares / company codes etc are applied – all aspects of auto tktg. Refunds as per BSP procedures.
4.Working out fares /itineraries and quotes to clients - to be faxed or emailed and a fare quote file to be maintained.
5.Hotel bookings & car bookings on system n with other suppliers .
6.Working out of domestic hotel packages & itineraries
7.Correct billing for all tickets issued .
8.Liaison with airlines for seats & sales
9.Creating & maintaining a rapport with all clients
10.Taking responsibility of entire domestic booking from first inquiry.
11.To final dispatch.

Desired Candidate Profile
-IATA certificate holder will be preferred.
-Must know CRS ticketing , refunds of BSP.
-Proficient in handling corporate clients.
-Must have good communication skills in English
