Applications are invited from Indian Nationals to fill up the following posts on ad hoc basis on contract initially for a period of three years in the Pay Scale, Grade pay and allowances as detailed below

1 Name of the post : Deputy Chief Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane)
No. of post : 05
Upper age limit: 55 years
Period of contract : Initially 3 years
Eligibility :
(i) Should have an Airline Transport Pilot’s License issued by DGCA India with current Pilotin-Command rating on civil air transport aircraft.
(ii) Total experience of not less than 6,500 hours and not less than 5,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command on air transport aircraft.
(iii) Should have held the qualification of an examiner approved by Director General of Civil Aviation on civil air transport aircraft or qualified flight instructor rating in Category A from Defence services.
(iv) Accident free record for last 5 years attributable to his proficiency.
Desirable : Should have an Open Rating for all types of aeroplanes having allup weight not exceeding 5,700 kgs.

2 Name of the post : Senior Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane)

Upper age limit: 50 years
Period of contract : Initially 3 years
Eligibility :
(i) Should have an Airline ransport Pilot’s License issued by DGCA India with current Pilot-in- Command rating on civil air transport aircraft.
(ii) total experience of not less than 6,000 hours and not less than 5,000 hours as Pilot-in- Command on air transport aircraft.
(iii) Accident free record for last 5 years attributable to his proficiency.
Desirable:
(i) should have held the qualification of an examiner/ instructor approved by Director General of Civil Aviation on civil air transport aircraft or qualified flight instructor rating in Category A from Defence services
(ii) Should have an Open rating for all types of aeroplanes having all-up-weight not exceeding 5,700 kgs

3 Name of the post : Flight Operations Inspector (Aeroplane)

Period of contract : Initially 3 years
Eligibility :
(i) Should have an Airline Transport Pilot’s License issued by DGCA India with current Pilot-in-Command rating on civil air transport aircraft.
(ii) total experience of not less than 5,000 hours and not less than 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command on civil air transport Aircraft
(iii) Accident free record for last 5 years attributable to his proficiency.
Desirable: Should have held the qualification of an examiner/ instructor/ check pilot approved by Director General of Civil Aviation on civil air transport aircraft or qualified flight instructor rating in Category A from Defence services.

4 Name of the post : Senior Flight Operations Inspector (Helicopter)

Period of contract : Initially 3 years
(i) Should have a Commercial Pilot’s License (Helicopter) issued by DGCA India with current Pilotin- Command rating.
(ii) total experience of not less than 3,500 hours and not less than 1,750 hours as Pilot-in-Command on helicopters.
(iii) Accident free record for last 5 years attributable to his proficiency.
Desirable:
(i)Should have held the qualification of an examiner/ instructor approved by Director General of Civil Aviation on civil helicopter or qualified flight instructor rating in Category A from Defence services.
(ii) Should have a CPL (H/C) with open rating for all single engine piston-type of helicopters having an all-up-weight not exceeding 1,500 kgs.

5 Name of the post : Flight Operations Inspector (Helicopter)

Period of contract : Initially 3 years
Eligibility :
(i) Should have a Commercial Pilot’s License (Helicopter) issued by DGCA India with current Pilotin-Command rating.
(ii) total experience of not less than 3,000 hours and not less than 1,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command on helicopters.
(iii) Accident free record for last 5 years attributable to his proficiency.
Desirable: Should have held the qualification of an examiner/ instructor/ check pilot approved by Director General of Civil Aviation on civil helicopter or qualified flight instructor rating in Category A from Defence services.

ii) The application in the prescribed proforma from the eligible and interested persons are invited which should reach the undersigned alongwith NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from present employer latest by 16th October 2014 (Applications received after the closing date or otherwise found incomplete will not be considered). The officers should ensure that the up-to-date photocopies of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports for the last five years, a certificate from the employer(s) indicating accident free record for last 5 years attributable to his proficiency, alongwith Integrity Certificate and a statement of major/minor penalty, imposed if any, during preceding last 5 years be sent by the present employer(s), if applicable.
