Job Description
It is the responsibility of the Travel Desk Consultant to work with our client to:
- Undertake all travel requirements within the required timeframes and policy framework of the client
- Ensure all travel arrangements are cost efficient for the clients organisation
- Undertake all duties and responsibilities within budgetary parameters
Desired Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be:
- Diploma or Degree qualified in any discipline
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- IATA Qualified
- Familiar with IATA systems and Galileo software, or similar
- Background in Facilities Management or 5 star customer service travel agency preferable
- Demonstrated ability to speak, read and write English and Tamil fluently
- Ability to communicate in Hindi is an added advantage
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft systems – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
Company Profile
Heiligen Worldwide Services was the innovation of Mr. G.R.K Reddy, Managing Director of Marg Group and Mr. Joshua Wycliffe, who is now CEO of Heiligen.
It was determined that there was a niche within the infrastructure and real estate market which could be filled through the provision of responsible, environmentally friendly Facility Management Services (FMS).
The premise behind Heiligen Worldwide Service is to provide a complete real estate solution to all of our customers. We have developed a joint venture with a South African based company called TFMC (www.tfmc.com) and with this joint venture we are able to achieve our aim.
Heiligen Worldwide Services, in conjunction with TFMC are able to provide a complete real estate cycle for our customer through planning office space based on our clients target market and their personnel requirements. We undertake land acquisition, planning and conception of buildings required. We then fit out and operate the building in a manner customised to our clients needs.
Heiligen Worldwide services has also partnered with IBM to provide a real estate solution for their training requirements. This has involved developing a facility where staff can undertake training relevant to their job and we provide all of the facility management services including computers and trainers.
