Sparkling Diwali Contest 2014 :
** The name of the contest is ‘Sparkling Diwali’ Contest.
** This contest is available and valid to all new and existing customers of Bajaj Finance Ltd ( hereinafter referred to as ‘ Bajaj Finserv ’ ), having clean repayment track of existing or previous loans.
** The contest is valid from midnight of 25th of September 2014 to Midnight of 26th of October-2014.
** Participation in this offer is voluntary and the customer can opt in this offer at the time of purchase of consumer durable, digital products or Lifestyle products between 23rd of September 2014 to 26th of October 2014 by availing our EMI finance from Bajaj Finserv which is available at our empanelled retailer dealer outlet and visit our website www.bajajfinserv.in/finance and to be eligible for the contest, customer has to fill up the contest ‘Questionary & Slogan Form’ which is available on www.bajajfinserv.in/finance
** Decision of Bajaj Finserv in regards to selection of winner will be final and binding.
** All winners will be intimated about winning either through E mail or telephonic call which Bajaj Finserv deems correct or valid.
** No Bajaj Finserv employees, vendors, dealers and/or partners can be part of the contest.
** During the offer period, there are prizes to be won over the above mentioned contest period. The prizes consist of Apple iPhone 4S 8GB, VESPA LX Scooter, and Hyundai Grand i10 Era Kappa 1.2 cars model only (Goods).
** Bajaj Finserv will be securing the Goods during this contest period from one of the known retailers in India and does not promise the quality of goods and services thereafter. Bajaj Finserv is not liable for any defect or deficiency of the goods purchased and services availed of by the winner.
** Bajaj Finserv reserves the right to amend/modify/cancel/withdraw the contest and its terms and conditions applicable at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
** The goods being offered cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of reward.
** This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts and promotions of Bajaj Finserv (unless otherwise specified).
** It is understood that 30 % Income Tax on Goods will be borne by Bajaj Finserv, however, all other Government levies like sales tax, TDS, any local tax etc. shall be payable by Winner as applicable at the time the Gifts are handed over by Bajaj Finserv.
** Also, 30 % Income Tax on Hyundai Grand i10 cars will be borne by Bajaj Finserv and all Government levies like sales tax, TDS, any local tax, interstate tax, RTO Tax etc. shall be payable by Winner as applicable at the time Hyundai Grand i10 cars are handed over by Bajaj Finserv. In case the customer decides not to pay the applicable taxes, Bajaj Finserv reserves the right to allocate the mentioned product to the next chosen winner.
** All disputes, in this regard, shall be taken up directly by the winner with Bajaj Finserv.
** Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Pune. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against Bajaj Finserv.

The Sparkling Diwali contest is valid in selected cities and at the sole desecration of Bajaj Finserv, The Sparkling Diwali Contest is not valid in the State of Tamil Nadu .Further, this contest is subject to laws, rules and regulations as may be applicable in any jurisdiction in India from time to time
