Delhi Higher Education Aid Trust Yuva Nirman Scheme Scholarship 2013-14 :
The Govt. of NCT of Delhi has constituted “The Delhi Higher Education Aid Trust” for providing scholarship to the socially & economically backward students of the Universities and its affiliated institutes in Delhi on merit-cummeans basis. Scholarship to the students who are studying in professional courses only, during the Academic Year 2013-14 (other than AICTE approved courses), would be provided through the said Trust.

Scholarship/ reimbursement of half of the tuition fee to socially & economically backward students of professional courses (non-technical) in Universities in Delhi (Academic year 2013-14)

Conditions Of Eligibility For Socially & Economically Backward Students :
1. Parental income i.e. annual family income from all sources upto Rs.2 lakh.
2. The students should have secured 60% marks with no back papers and 70% attendance (in Academic year 2013-14).
3. The eligible students may apply to the Principal/ Director of the concerned University/ College/ Institute in Delhi in prescribed format.
4. The concerned University/ College/ Institute in Delhi has to constitute a Committee of atleast three officers at their own level to scrutinize the applications and to forward the same with thier recommendation to the Director, Directorate of Higher Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, 5-Sham Nath Marg, Delhi-110054 alongwith the following attested documents

Documents Required:
i) Income Certificate from the concerned Revenue Officer.
ii) Copy of the Marks sheet of the last examination passed (Academic year 2013-14).
iii) Attendance record (Academic year 2013-14).
iv) Fee receipt (Academic year 2013-14).

Last Date :
The last date for submission of application is 15th October,2014 (including by post). No application will be entertained after the prescribed date.
