Government of India have launched National Urban Livelihood Mission. For this purpose, the Mission Directorate in the office of the Commissioner of Municipal Administration have proposed to engage Specialists in the relevant field for assisting the Mission Director in executing the Mission. The details of posts, qualification and experience is detailed in the table against each post given below.

1 Name of the post : State Mission Manager-Social Mobilization and Institutional Development
Minimum Qualification & Experience: Master or two year full time Post graduate diploma in Management / Social work from institutes of national repute with atleast 6 years of experience in Social development work with considerable size and scale.

2 Name of the post : State Mission Manager-Shelters & Social Infrastructure
Minimum Qualification & Experience: Master or two year full time Post graduate diploma in Management / MBA from recognized institutes of national repute with atleast 6 years of relevant experience in poverty reduction programmes involving social development and establishment / monitoring / maintenance of community infrastructures.

3 Name of the post : State Mission Manager- Skills and Livelihoods
Minimum Qualification & Experience: Two year full time Post Graduate Diploma / Master in management / Social work from Institute of national repute with atleast 6 years of experience in implementation of Skill Training and placement programmes with considerable size and scale. Marketing and Branding experience or experience in establishing service brands is also desirable.

4 Name of the post : State Mission Manager-Financial Inclusion & Micro Enterprises
Minimum Qualification & Experience: Two year full time Post Graduate Diploma / Master in finance / management / Social work from Institute of national repute with atleast 6 years of experience of working in financial institutions and micro enterprises promotion at grassroots level.

5 Name of the post : State Mission Manager –MIS & ME
Minimum Qualification & Experience: Two year full time Post Graduate Diploma / Master in Computer science / MCA or a B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science from recognized institute / university with full understanding of the Data Analysis with atleast 6 years of post- qualification relevant experience in designing and implementation of MIS and ME for large development projects, preferably livelihood / poverty reduction project.

6 Name of the post : State Mission Manager- HR & Capacity Building
Minimum Qualification & Experience: Two year full time Post Graduate Diploma / Master in Management with HRM Specialization or Social Work from reputed institutes. The ideal candidates should have atleast 6 years experience in staff recruitment, training and capacity building with State level projects having presence in more than 5-6 Districts.
