With reference to the advertisement issued on dated 02.03.2014 for the post of Vidyut Sahayak(Jr. Engineer-Electrical/Civil) in Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL), the requisite qualification criteria has been relaxed as under. Other terms and conditions have remained unaltered as reproduced below.

i) B.E. / B. Tech. (Electrical) (Full Time Course)
ii) Only from Recognized University in India approved by AICTE with minimum 60% for Unreserved Candidates and 55% for Reserved Category Candidates, aggregate of 7th and 8th Semester, first Trial without ATKT (Passed in single attempt) (For grading system minimum grade equivalent to said marks is required).

2 Name of the post : Vidyut Sahayak (Jr. Engineer (Civil)

Qualification :
i) B.E. / B. Tech. (Civil) (Full Time Course)
ii) Only from Recognized University in India approved by AICTE with minimum 60% for Unreserved Candidates and 55% for Reserved Category Candidates, aggregate of 7th and 8th Semester, first Trial without ATKT (Passed in single attempt) (For grading system minimum grade equivalent to said marks is required).

Age limit : Not less than 18 years and not more than 30 years for General category candidates and 35 years for Reserved category candidates.

Fixed Remuneration per month : 1st year - Rs. 18,000/-2nd year - Rs. 20,000/-. No other allowance or benefits would be admissible except coverage under Personal Accident Policy etc. as per GSO.332 dtd 03-02-03

Fee : Those who are applying under UR/SEBC category have to send Demand Draft of Rs. 500/-. Those who are applying under SC/ST category have to send Demand draft of Rs.250/- along with application. Demand Draft should be obtained from Nationalized Bank. Demand Draft amount is non-refundable, towards application form fee, processing and scrutiny fee.

(1) Two recent passport size photograph should be pasted on the space provided on the application form.
(2) Attested copy of School Leaving Certificate or S.S.C. Certificate for verification of Birth Date.
(3) Attested copy of marksheet & Certificate of XII std.
(4) Caste (Roster Category) Certificate of reserved category of Gujarat State.
(5) Latest Non Creamy Layer certificate issued on or after dated 01.04.2014 in Gujarati 5lZlXQ8vS sU]HZFTLff in case of SEBC candidates.
(6) Attested copy of Mark sheets of 7th and 8th semester and degree Certificate of B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Civil) and Transcript.
(7) Physically handicapped certificates of Civil Surgeon.
(8) Demand Draft from any Nationalized Banks favoring ‘Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited’ and payable at Surat only.(with mentioning name and address of the candidates behind demand draft)
(9) Any other Certificates.
