Godrej Eon U Sonic App Contest 2014 :
1. This Godrej Eon U Sonic app contest is a voluntary one and has no direct / indirect relationship with the MRP of the products and price is the sole consideration for sale and purchase of the same.
2. Godrej Eon U Sonic app contest is valid from 17th Sept 2014 to 17th Oct 2014.
3. This Godrej Eon U Sonic app contest can be availed only on purchase done from authorized dealer showrooms in Bengaluru or through the direct sales team of Mumbai only. The closing date can be extended at the sole discretion of Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd. - Appliance division.
4. Those customers who purchase the Godrej Eon Glitz series washing machine (WT Eon 650 PF, WT Eon 650 PFD, WT Eon 700 PF, WT Eon 700 PFD, WT Eon 650 PFH and WT Eon 650 PHU from any authorized dealer/retailer of Godrej in Bengaluru or from the direct sales team in Mumbai and download the Godrej Eon U-Sonic app (hereinafter referred to as “the app”), will be able to participate in a lucky draw. Upon downloading the app the customer will have to fill in his name, contact number and answer 1 simple question about the product; this data will be collected through a simple form which is a part of the app. All the entries with the right answer will be eligible for the lucky draw.
5. The Customer will have to fill the required details instantly as soon as the app is downloaded.
6. One out of this list of eligible entries will stand a chance to win 100% cash back (after the TDS deduction as the winner will have to bear TDS) on the bill value of the purchased Godrej washing machine and one more winner will get a 50% cash back on the bill value (after the TDS deduction as the winner will have to bear TDS)of the purchased Godrej Washing machine within the Godrej Eon U Sonic app contest duration. The winners will be declared solely by Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. and the names of the winners will be announced on 25th Oct 2014 on the company’s official website www.godrejappliances.com. The winner will be announced on the said company website under the tab ‘Godrej Eon U Sonic app contest’. Post the announcement, the winners will be contacted from our end directly and they will be informed on the process of collection of the award winnings.
7. The cash back will be calculated on the billed value (after the TDS deduction as the winners will have to bear TDS) of the washing machine bought by the customer and the winner has to submit a photocopy of the bill, verified by the TMM after confirming with the original bill and the amount, the verified copy of the bill will be sent to HO.
8. We will release the payment to the winner, through a cheque, based on this bill, within one month of verification of the winner’s bill
9. The app is the property of Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. – Appliance division.
10. The Godrej Eon U Sonic app contest of lucky draw cannot be clubbed with any other prevailing promotions and Offers of Godrej.
11. Every customer who has purchased one or more of the Godrej Eon Glitz series washing machine from an authorized dealer/retailer of Godrej in Bengaluru and who has sent a right answer on the app shall become eligible for the lucky draw of winning 100% Cash back on the bill value of the purchased Godrej washing machine.
12. This Godrej Eon U Sonic app contest is not valid for employees of Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.
13. All disputes related to this Godrej Eon U Sonic app contest shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
14. Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. – Appliances division shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from, or connected with the collection of the cash.
15. Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.- Appliances division reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend, or discontinue this Godrej Eon U Sonic app contest or any partthereof without giving any reason or prior notice.
16. Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. - Appliance Division is not liable for any robbery, loss / theft of the cash.
17. The Customer shall be bound by the terms and conditions on this Godrej Eon U Sonic app contest.
