SERP Loan Insurance :
1. To protect the family members of an SHG member from financial risks, in the event of her untimely death.
2. To safeguard the institutions of the poor (SHGs) and their federations from disintegration and defunct, repayment burden, when a borrowing member dies with huge loan outstanding.
3. To ensure the perpetuality of the SHGs, by providing loan insurance to all the borrowing members.
4.To ensure 100% repayment at all levels even in the time turbulence.
5. To create confidence among bankers and other financial institutions to increase the size of loans etc.
SHG Authorization Letter and Member Information Download :
SHG Authorization Letter and Member details have been provided in PDF Reports tab under APM login.
Bank Transactions (Reports) :
Bank transaction details are provided in public reports.
Path to be followed :
Reports -> Bank Reports -> B3. Bank Data Received Abstract
Mapped (Waiting for Mobile Data, Sent to LIC and Premium Mismatch with Mobile) and Unmapped Transactions :
Mapped transactions with status can be found in the following path.
Reports -> SHG Reports -> S3. Loan Insurance Status Of Mapped SHGs
UnMapped transactions (district wise/bank wise) can be found in the following path.
Reports -> Bank Reports -> B1. Pending Unmapped Transactions
Reports -> Bank Reports -> B2. Districtwise Pending Transactions
Unreconcilied Transactions :
UnReconciled transactions can be found in APM and DPM Login.
APM (or) DPM has to search for bank transactions (including cash transactions) by entering premium amount and disbursed date. The transaction can be mapped to single SHG or multiple SHGs by selecting mode of transaction as single or bulk respectively.
DPM Login -> UnReconciled Bank Transactions
APM Login -> Transactions -> UnReconciled Bank Transactions
Wrongly Calculated Mobile Data Records :
Wrongly calculated mobile data can fall into the below categories
** Premium amount wrongly calculated against Loan amount of SHG.
** Loan amount of SHG is not equal to total loan amount of SHG members.
** Premium amount of SHG is not equal to total premium amount of SHG members.
Path to be followed :
APM Login -> Transactions -> UnMapped Transactions
Note :
** If premium amount has to be changed, Please change loan amount so that corresponding premium amount will be calculated automatically.
** It takes upto 12 hours to update the status of mapped transactions through this screen.
Bank Premium Amount Mismatch with Mobile Transactions :
Path to be followed :
APM Login -> Transactions -> MisMatched Transactions
Note :
** If premium amount has to be changed, Please change loan amount so that corresponding premium amount will be calculated automatically.
** It takes upto 12 hours to update the status of mapped transactions through this screen.

Bond prints can be generated in every individual APM logins.
