FACT RCF BUILDING PRODUCTS LIMITED (FRBL) Ambalamedu, Kochi, Kerala 682303-a joint venture company promoted by FERTILISERS AND CHEMICALS TRAVANCORE LTD(FACT) Kochi and RASTHTRIYA CHEMICALS & FERTILISERS LTD (RCF) Mumbai, two Govt of India Companies- invites applications from suitable candidates for the post of Technical Officer (Civil ) / Project Engineer for appointment on contract basis for its project works at various sites . Initial appointment will be for a period of one year. Minimum number of posts is one at present, likely to increase later.

1 Name of the Post: Technical Officer( Civil ) /Project Engineer
Age : Not more than 35 years as on 01-01-2014.Statutory relaxations applicable.
Qualifications & Experience :
M Tech in Civil Engineering with 50 % marks in qualifying examination with minimum One year experiencespecifically in the field. OR
B Tech in Civil Engineering with 50 % marks in qualifying examination with minimum Three years experience specifically in the field. AND
Extensive knowledge in Computer applications such as CAD, MS OFFICE, PSU / Govt experience of at least 2 years preferred. Knowledge of CPWD specification and DSR will be added advantage. Communicative skill will be an added qualification
Remuneration & Period Of Posting : Initial posting will be for period of ONE year. Consolidated pay for the post is Rs.18000/- to Rs.20000 /- per month . The pay is inclusive of Project Allowance of Rs.4000 per month. Statutory and welfare benefits will also be applicable.

Qualifications & Experience :
i) Diploma in Civil Engineering with 50 % marks in qualifying examination with minimum Eight years experience in construction having 3 years working experience with Govt Dept / PSUs . OR
Certificate course or equivalent in Civil Engineering with 50 % marks in respective trade test with minimum Twelve years experience in construction having 4 years working experience with Govt Dept / PSUs . AND
Extensive knowledge in Computer applications such as CAD, MS OFFICE is desirable. Experience / knowledge of rapid wall construction will be preferred.
ii) Knowledge of CPWD specification and DSR will be added advantage. Communicative skill will be an added qualification
