Your key responsibilities as part of our team will include:

Providing working drawings in Auto CAD up to international standard.

You will be required to produce detailed designs from Architects' sketches, photos and furniture samples.

1. Experimental Study of Friction Stir Welding on Aluminum
The main objectives of this project are following,
- Developments of an equipment set-up for friction stir Welding process using a universal
milling machine using a special tool holder.
- Design and development of a friction stir Weld tool especially for this process.
- Welding the aluminum alloys by the friction stir welding process using different variables.
- Testing the characteristics of the friction stir welded aluminum alloys both metallurgical and mechanical properties.

2. Vibration Analysis of Rider roller in Slitter Rewinder Machine:
Nowadays, the paper machine manufacturing industries are suffering from a major problem that is the vibration of the sensing or rider roller in slitter rewinder machine when running at a higher rpm for increasing the productivity. Due to this vibration, the papers are not rolled properly. Hence the problem was taken and analyzed to eliminate the vibration in the slitter rewinder machine by optimum bearing housing designing.

Presented a paper on “Advanced of forged pistons in YAMAHA R15” in VEL TECH Engineering College, Chennai.
