Land Allottees Dues Online Payment :
New facility for land allottees at Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), as the government body is all set to go hi-tech. Starting this month, allottees will be able to pay their dues online from anywhere at any time. Not only will the move put an end for allottees to stand in long queues, it will also save precious man hours.

YEIDA-ICICI Bank:
For the facility, YEIDA will tie-up with ICICI bank. The facility is currently being processed. Once launched this month, it will be a boon to our 25,000 allottees of residential, institutional, industrial, commercial and group housing categories of land, besides prospective investors in the area.

Requirements:
Allottees having accounts in ICICI banks will be able to avail direct debit facility, while others could make payments through credit cards. Integration of the software with the direct debit facility of another 46 leading banks will also be done to provide the facility to more allottees. Development of software for making various types of payments and receipts through RTGS (real time gross settlement) system and via national electronic funds transfer (NEFT), a nation-wide payment system facilitating one-to-one funds transfer, will also be implemented.

Available Services:
Besides paying dues, the online system will also enable allottees to know the exact status of their accounts. Payments will include installments towards property, water/sewer charges, lease rent, interest, penalties, surcharge, etc. Currently, allottees have to undergo a tedious and time-consuming process, besides numerous trips to make payments.

How to pay dues online:
Allottees will need to log on to the YEIDA website, where the link for the online facility will be made available. Every allottee will have a login ID and password. Logging in to the web portal will give the allottee all information related to their property. In the mean time, the manual payment system will also co-exist along with the new facility.

As earlier there were four installment of extra compensation, and if anybody has paid two installments out of four, then will he be liable for paying fourth installment in the month of October 2016, as per the new installment plan of 8 installment.
Please guide at the earliest, as the date of paying fourth installment is coming closer.
