Respected Sir/Madam, In 2013 A.P State board for wild life has imposed ban on heavy vehicles in kawal tiger reserve(nirmal/adilabad-mancherial via Jannaram), By this decision of board the villages and mandals which comes under kawal tiger reserve lost the development and road connectivity between the major districts (adilabad, nirmal,mancherial, jagtial and karimnagar). The ban also effected the high transport charges for mancherial to nirmal/adilabad as trucks (goods lorries) diverted via jagtial armoor., As it is too long comparing to route via Jannaram and also economic loss for the owners with increased distance as same for fuel.. At present the local traffic(government supplies lorries) allowing with rs.600 toll for 3 months period which ends on 31-05-2021..As telangana government has giving top priority to road connectivity , the decision of ban has disconnected the major roads between adilabad nirmal and mancherial districts... I request kind authority to kindly lift the ban(for all type of vehicles state and national transport) on heavy vehicles during the day time (6 am to 9pm) with toll tax and support for development of areas under kawal tiger reserve....

In 1st meeting of telangana state board for wild life on 06/12/2016 has taken the decision to lift the ban but 2nd meeting of telangana state board for wild life on 27/02/2017 deferred the decision with constituting four members committee to study the impact of relaxing ban... But still their is no discussion on this decision of lifting ban in further meetings of state board for wild life...

I request kind authority to put the issue in next meeting of telangana state board for wild life, and lift the ban on heavy vehicles in kawal tiger reserve and support for development of this adivasi area....
