1. AL Tamimi and Co, Advocates,
The Scope of work for this Project was to Design and execute a 2700sqm of Office for a highly reputed Law firm of Dubai. The site was located in DIFC, Dubai.
The Project was executed in 100working days adding on a lot to my experience.

2. Burt Hill, (Consultants Office, Dubai)
The Scope of the Project was to execute a 2000sqm of Office for the Consultancy Firm as all the Design Drawings were received by the Designers in Chicago;
The Project included two floors to be furnished with Flooring works, Ceiling, Civil and MEP services.
The site is Located at Dubai Investment park.

3. Eden Park Stores, DFC, Dubai.
This Project was a Retail outlet of 200sqm for Men’s wear, it is under the Group of Rivoli LLC, and the Scope consisted of Executing the Project as per the Standard of the Original Store in Paris.
The Designs were provided by the Chief designer of the Store from Paris, the work was executed in Dubai Festival City mall as per the Standards of the Mall.
The Project was executed in 45working days.

4. Angels Stores, Wafi Mall, & Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai
This Project was a Retail outlet of 200sqm for Children’s Fashion wear, it is under the Group of Rivoli LLC, and the Scope consisted of Executing the Project as per the Design and Specs of the UK based Designer Zebra Design.

5. Younly Stores, Burjuman Mall, Dubai
This Project was a Retail outlet of 140sqm for Children’s Fashion wear, it is under the Group of Rivoli LLC, and the Scope consisted of Executing the Project as per the Standard of the Original Store in Paris.
The Final Furnishing materials such as Display Units and Wall Panels were imported from France and Germany, our Scope was to execute the Civil and MEP works and prepared the shell of the store as per requirements of the finals Finishes.

6. 24Seven Convenient Stores, (7No Outlets around Dubai),
This was a Store was a part of our Group of Companies, I was fulltime involved in the project from the scratch till the end of project which includes drawing preparations, costing and execution of the Project at site.

7. Al Mulla Majlis @ Nad AL Sheba, Dubai.
The Majlis was designed by M/s Wren & Associates Architect; I was a part in the execution as well as preparation of the entire workshop and detailed Drawings of the Project.

8. Residence Villa in Emirates Hills, Dubai.
I have executed a number of Residential Villa’s in Emirates hills, Dubai; some of them are named here as, Adib Al Ataya Villa, Mrs. Atena Villa, Mr. Nandwani’s Villa, Majed Al Kareem’s Villa.
Presently Atena Villa Project is going on.

Apart from the above Projects I have been a Part of some other prestigious project with my present company Involving Projects as Restaurants and Café’s.

Presently working on:
- Kenzo Fashion Stores, Dubai Mall. 4500Sqft.
- Rivoli Offices for Fashion Division. 1500Sqft
- Angel’s stores at Dubai Mall, Palm Strip Mall and Atlantis Hotel at Palm. All 3 stores of 3650Sqft.


I was involved in all the above mentioned project from the scratch till the end of the project my responsibilities were to prepare the Drawings and Workshop Drawings with a team of Three Draughtsman and execute the Project with my site Engineers and Contractors as per the Project Schedule prepared by the Planning department.

Being a part of the above mentioned projects I have achieved a vast experience in Office interior fitout works and Retail Interiors fitout works.
