Welcome to Privilege Moments Online Photography Contest - Season 2 :
Thank you for your overwhelming response to the first edition of Privilege Moments which now is listed in 'Limca Book of Records' for receiving the ‘highest ever participation in an online photography contest by customers of any organisation in India’.

We now are delighted to announce the launch of ‘Privilege Moments -Season 2’ with even bigger prizes!

So, unleash your creativity and submit your best shots in any of these categories : People, Wildlife, Nature, Abstract and Open. We also have a special category participation exclusively for our Family Banking customers.

Your photographs can win you a photography tour to Singapore, a brand new Toyota Etios Cross, MTV Slash Tablets and many more exciting prizes.

Eligibility :
The participant should be an existing Privilege Banking customer of ICICI Bank. Customers of ICICI Bank who are also currently employees of ICICI Bank are eligible to participate in the contest but they will not be eligible for Contest Gift offer / Prizes. If any ICICI Bank employee wins the Contest he/she will be given a special recognition in lieu of winning the Contest. Immediate family members of ICICI Bank are eligible to participate in the contest however they will not be eligible for Contest Gift offer / Prizes. Immediate family includes a person's parents, spouses, siblings and children.

Definition of Participation :
The participant will be eligible for Contest Gift offer / Prizes, only if he/she is an existing ICICI Bank Privilege Banking customer and uploads atleast one photograph in either of the available categories.

Participation Category :
The participants can submit their entries in any of the 6 categories mentioned below. The submitted photographs in mentioned categories should comply with the outlined definitions for qualifying in the Contest.

a) People :
This category would comprise of a photograph of a person or group of people that displays the expression, personality, and mood of the subject.

b) Nature :
This category comprises of the wide range of photographs taken outdoors and which showcase natural elements such as landscapes, plants, and close-ups of natural scenes and textures.

c) Wildlife :
This category comprises of photographs of various types of wildlife (fish, birds, mammals), usually in their natural habitat.

d) Abstract :
This category comprises of photographs that do not contain a clearly defined object or pattern. Abstract photography does not necessarily mean the same thing to everyone. Abstract photography leaves more to the imagination and helps us concentrate on texture and colour rather than the whole subject.

e) Open :
This is an open category. Any photograph can be submitted in this category.

f) Special Category (Family Category) :
Only Customers with Family Banking relationship with the ICICI Bank are eligible to participate in the Family category. Unlimited photographs can be submitted in this category. A Family category winner to be eligible for the prize should have minimum spend of Rs. 5000/- on ICICI Bank Debit Card during the contest period.

Submission Criteria :
** The participant has to upload a genuine photograph clicked by him/her or any of his/her family member and should not be copied, bought or taken from any individual/entity/source other than self or family. In case of any dispute, the same shall be resolved between the Participant and third parties, without any reference to ICICI Bank
** The Participants undertake that the photograph uploaded by them would not breach the proprietary, intellectual or any other right (whether in law or equity) of any other person, and that such photograph uploaded by them would be in compliance with all legal and / or regulatory requirements and shall not be defamatory to any person or belief
** The photograph must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content, as the same would lead to disqualification, at our sole discretion.
** Each individual need to register into the contest by filling the registration/sign up form on the contest website www.privilegemoments.com
** Each participant is allowed to upload one photograph in each category.
** Photographs submitted must be in JPEG / PNG / BITMAP / TIFF/ GIF format.
** Maximum file size for any photograph to be submitted : 10 MB.
** Minimum size of the photograph should be 500 kb. All photographs must be of minimum pixel size of 1024 x 768 or 5 Megapixels and above
** The shortlisted participants would be required to submit higher resolution or original photographs upon request.
** In case of high resolution photograph not being made available – those photographs shall not qualify for further shortlisting.
** Acceptable images : Photographs taken from Digital cameras / Mobile Phone Camera / Cyber shots / DSLR / any other Professional camera are allowed for submission.
** Basic editing such as brightness, contrast, tuning or cropping shall be acceptable for photograph submitted. The decision of ICICI Bank would be final with regard to the extent of permissible editing on the photograph submitted.

** The caption must be complete, accurate and should sufficiently convey the circumstances under which the photograph was taken. Disguising or misrepresenting the origin of the content can become a cause for disqualification.
** Photographs must not have previously won an award in the Privilege Moments Online Photography Contest.
** By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the rules.
** The decision of ICICI Bank on winners of the Contest shall be final.

Voting Period :
** The contest voting period begins from August 5, 2014 at 9 :00:00 a.m. and ends on September 30, 2014 at 11:59:00 p.m., as per Indian Standard Time.
** Participants may get additional votes from their family and friends by sharing their photograph entries on social networking sites.

The jury panel will base their decisions to select winners on a mix of technical superiority, composition, creativity, impact, artistic flair and overall qualities of photographic excellence.

** National Category Runner-ups – 1st and 2nd runner-ups in each category (10 Awards)
** Zonal Winners (16 Zones) – Best photograph across all categories (16 Awards)

** National Category Winners – Most voted Photograph in each category (6 Awards)
** National Category Runner-ups – Most voted 1st and 2nd runner-ups in each category (12 Awards)
** Zonal Category Winners (16 Zones) – Most voted Photograph across all categories (16 Awards)
** Zonal Category Winners (16 Zones) – Most voted Photograph in each category in each zone (80 Awards)
