Applications on the prescribed format are invited for filling up the following existing/anticipated and few future vacancies of Class-III and Class-IV in all the Civil & Sessions Divisions in the State of Himachal Pradesh to be filled up as per “Himachal Pradesh Subordinate Courts’ Staff (Recruitment, Promotion and conditions of Service) Rules, 2012;

1.Name of the post : Clerk (Class-III)
No. of post : 25
Pay Band & Grade Pay : `5910-20200 + Grade pay `1900/- with initial start of `7810/- per month.
Qualification : Possessing Graduation degree from a recognized University and candidate have to qualify a typing Test in English on computer at the speed of 50 W.P.M.

2.Name of the post : Clerk On contract basis. (Class-III)
No. of post : 14
Pay Band & Grade Pay : `5910-20200+Grade pay `1900/- on fixed contractual emoluments i.e. minimum of the pay band + Grade Pay, per month.
Qualification : Possessing Graduation degree from a recognized University and candidate have to qualify a typing Test in English on computer at the speed of 50 W.P.M.

3.Name of the post : Steno Typist (Class-III)
No. of post : 1
Pay Band & Grade Pay : `5910-20200 + Grade pay `2000/- with initial start of `8240/- per month.
Qualification : Possessing Graduation degree from a recognized University and having speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Stenography and typing speed in English at 40 W.P.M. on computers.

4.Name of the post : Driver (Class-III)

Pay Band & Grade Pay : `5910-20200 +Grade pay `2000/-with initial start of `8240/- per month.
Qualification : Matriculate and possessing a valid driving license for LMV transport having driving experience of 5 years. Preference shall be given to those having good mechanical knowledge of Automobiles

5.Name of the post : Process Server (Class-IV)
No. of post : 9
Pay Band & Grade Pay : `4900-10680+Grade pay `1400.
Qualification : Having passed 10+2 examination from the recognized Board.

6.Name of the post : Process Server (Class-IV) on contract basis (may be converted into regularposts).
No. of post : 2
Pay Band & Grade Pay : `4900-10680+Grade pay `1400/- on fixed contractual emoluments i.e. minimum of the pay band + Grade Pay, per month.
Qualification : Having passed 10+2 examination from the recognized Board.

Fee : The candidates are required to submit application fee in the shape of crossed Indian Postal Order only in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla payable at Shimla. The fee for Class-III posts is ` 200/- for General Category, `150/- for reserved category of H.P. only and such fee for Class-IV posts is `150/- for General Category, `100/- for reserve category of H.P. only.
