- Attained a reduction in
- Glass defect loss from targeted 1.0% to 0.5 by follow of SOP, quality norms (six sigmamethodology).
- Costs and achieved savings worth Rs. 1.0 crores per annum by making flexi 'o” ring.
# Gob wt. reduction in +/- 20gms to +/- 15gms.
- Worked closely as member of a black belt project & also lead the green belt project.
- Received awards for best QIP projects four times by the company.
Sept.89 – april.94 with National Engg.Industries Ltd (N.B.C.) Jaipur Manufacturing of all type Bearings as Sr.Supervisor. Familiar with NC m/c of bearing assembly and quality checking of ball bearings.
